Thomas was born and raised in Cave Creek, Arizona. Through his hard work and dedication, Thomas earned a full ride football scholarship to Tiffin University.
While at Tiffin, he was a member of the Exercise Science Club and actively volunteered at the local YMCA. He completed his first Internship at Schubach Chiropractic in Tiffin, Ohio. After completing his Bachelors in Exercise Science, Thomas worked for Spooner Physical Therapy specializing in Functional Movement.
He enjoys working with athletes as well as everyday people wanting to achieve optimal health and fitness while preventing injury.
Thomas has always been interested in the world of sports performance as well as health and wellness. After finishing his football career at Tiffin University, he stepped into the world of long endurance training. He completed his first Ironman 70.3 in Kona Hawaii and the Rock and Roll Marathon right here in Arizona. He enjoys camping, biking and being active outdoors.
